Image Hosting Scripts (similar to Photobucket or Tinypic)
AutoSurf/PTC/PTS/PPC sites
IP Scanners
Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications
Mail Bombers/Spam Scripts
Banner-Ad services (commercial banner ad rotation)
File Dump/Mirror Scripts (similar to rapidshare)
Commercial Audio Streaming (more than one or two streams)
Escrow/Bank Debentures
High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or Related Sites
Investment Sites (FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Life/Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM/Pyramid Scheme)
Sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s)

Hateful/Racist/Harassment oriented sites
Hacker focused sites/archives/programs
Sites promoting illegal activities

Potential harm to minors is strictly forbidden, including but not limited to child pornography or content perceived to be child pornography (Lolita): Any site found to host child pornography or linking to child pornography will be suspended immediately without notice and notification will be sent to the appropriate authorities.

You May Not store more data in your account than your allotted server space.

Your server (inc FTP access) is for your personal/company use only.

You Must Not divulge the password to any other persons, and you should take reasonable precautions to ensure that it is not discovered by other people.

You May Not run server processes (eg. talkers/IRC Bots) from your server.

We Shall Not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the use or misuse, unavailability or removal of services.

When your account is closed, all files (including web pages, etc.) will be deleted.

When your account is suspended you will lose all access to email accounts, files stored on the virtual server and any other data that may have been set up.

We reserve the right to cancel your account at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to amend and update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

To protect your privacy we never distribute your name or e-mail address. Please see our privacy policy for more information.

Any breach of the above terms will result in the suspension or cancellation of your account without any reimbursement.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Any material that, in our judgment, is obscene, threatening, illegal, or violates our terms of service in any manner may be removed from our servers (or otherwise disabled), with or without notice.

Zero Tolerance Spam Policy
We take a zero tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and spam. "Safe lists" and purchased lists will be treated as spam. Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated with or without notice.

Sites advertised via SPAM (Spamvertised) may not be hosted on our servers. This provision includes, but is not limited to SPAM sent via fax, email, instant messaging, or usenet/newsgroups. No organization or entity listed in the ROKSO may be hosted on our servers. Any account which results in our IP space being blacklisted will be immediately suspended and/or terminated.

St George Media reserves the right to require changes or disable as necessary any web site, account, database, or other component that does not comply with its established policies, or to make any such modifications in an emergency at its sole discretion.

St George Media reserves the right to charge the holder of the account used to send any unsolicited e-mail a clean up fee or any charges incurred for blacklist removal. This cost of the clean up fee is entirely at the discretion of St George Media.

Refunds
By signing up for one of our packages we expect you to commit for this period of time. Because of your commitment, we offer all of our accounts at a discounted rate. If you cancel your account within your service period then St George Media will not make any refunds on any unused portions of your account. While we do not offer refunds for our services you have no obligation to continue using our service.

Control Panel
Any attempt to use the online Control Panel for purposes other than it's intended use will result in your account being terminated. Any attempt to obtain the source code and internal functionality will result in legal action.

Backups and Data Loss
Your use of this service is at your sole risk. Our backup service is provided to you as a courtesy. St George Media is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on St George Media servers.

Bandwidth
You are allocated a monthly bandwidth allowance. This allowance varies depending on the hosting package you purchase. Should your account pass the allocated amount we reserve the right to charge your account an 'overage' fee of 10p (ten pence) per 1MB.

Website's & Pages
Commercial use of web and ftp space is permitted. You will be responsible for the content of your pages, including obtaining the legal permission for any works they include and ensuring that the contents of these pages do not violate UK law. You will be held responsible for and accept responsibility for any defamatory, confidential, secret or other proprietary material available via your page(s). We reserve the right to remove material deemed inappropriate from your web pages, without prior notice. St George Media do not allow adult, warez or illegal MP3 web sites on their servers.

Credit and Renewals
If your account/service is activated before payment is made then payment must be sent in full by return. If payment/renewal is not made in full within 28 days your account may be deactivated without notice, a re-connection fee of £50 will be imposed prior to any re-connection. We require that you provide 21 days notice for cancellation of your account, failure to do so may result in you still being liable for payment in full.

Domain Names
The title of the domain names ordered remain the property of St George Media until payment in full has been received.

Once ordered domain names cannot be altered and no refunds are available, (be very careful in the spelling of domain name requests as no responsibility can be undertaken for errors).

Should you wish to transfer out your domain name at any time there will be an administration charge to pay before the process is activated.

Free Domain Name
Successful registrations of .co.uk domain names are provided free of charge for first year (worth £4.99) when bought with a hosting package.

Domains are subject to availability and must be chosen at the time of purchasing a hosting package to qualify for the offer.

New package sign-ups only (existing customers opening a new package can take advantage of this offer).

If a customer chooses to extend their chosen .co.uk domain beyond one year at the point of registration, payment for these additional years will be charged at time of purchase.

Refer a Friend
The referred Friend must not already have an account at St George Media under any other name or alias.

The referred friend must reside and play at a different address to the referrer.

Once the referred friend has paid a deposit and has been an account holder for 30 days, a credit will be added to the referrers account.

There are no limits to the amount of referrel bonuses that can be awarded to a referrer.

Deposit Payment
No refunds can be accepted for deposit payments. We can upgrade hosting packages but not downgrade. Once orders have been placed, all payment periods are as stated on the customers invoice. In some cases payment for the design element can be made on completion, althoughSt George Media reserves the right to take down from the public domain any website where an element remains unpaid. All domain names and hosting packages must be paid for in advance.

Visa/Mastercard (using PayPal, additional administration fee will be added for using this option)
BACCS Tansfer (details supplied upon request)
Cash with order

Should the need arise to cancel your website with St George Media at any time including hosting and then transferring to another host company, St George Media reserve the right to make an additional charge for full copyright free use of all website files designed and built by St George Media before title is granted.
